Small Business Centre

The Business Centre is a perfect environment for business networking. It combines a communal exhibition hall with state of the art presentation facilities which are shared by the whole heritage dock development. It really does break the mould of a typical business park development.

Again and again developments are designed and the space put up to let without any real long term planning of how these business developments will be used to promote what the local business community has to offer. There seems to be some kind of mysterious barrier between the Designer & Developer and the end users.

The Business Centre addresses these issues. The 3D concept shown here is like a virtual blueprint to show what can be achieved with a little forward thinking.
